1st Day of School

Morgan - Aug 2009 - 3 years

Today Morgan started her first day of Pre-K! She is such a big girl now (remember this and this?) She was a little hesitant to go to school today as she has been out of preschool for four weeks attending camps and our family vacation. However, she jumped backed into the routine and had a great day.

After school I noticed she had her pajama shorts on under her dress (thanks Dad!). She was so proud to tell us that she showed all of her friends her PJ's. That was almost as funny as realizing that my 'undies' were stuck (good 'ol static cling) to Matty's blanket at school!

Summer Fun

We finally got a break from the heat this weekend so we decided to spend the day Saturday outdoors (and NOT at the pool). Matthew hasn't been to the zoo since he was only a few months old so we thought it would be a great time to take him. We couldn't keep him in the wagon - he wanted to walk everywhere - he had a blast.

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend with friends and family - plenty of good food and pool time! Hope everyone had a great weekend like we did.

We spent the 4th with friends and family soaking up the sun, enjoying grilled food, and watching the firepops (as Morgan calls them). Morgan even got to hang with the big kids - which she thoroughly enjoyed!
