Family Updates

Dairy Farm
We have a dairy not far from our house. We took an impromptu trip to learn how milk is processed. They didn't make the ice cream at this plant, but they had some available for purchase...and we couldn't resist:

Savannah
We spent Mother's Day Weekend in Savannah with Ma-ma, Papa, and Mimi. We put the mini van to the test and filled it with 5 adults, 2 children with car seats, a dog, luggage, and a double stroller. Thanks to a rooftop luggage bin, we had plenty of room for the drive. It really is amazing how much stuff and people you can cram into a minivan these days! During the weekend, we ate lots of great food (not very much of it was considered 'good' for you), rode a carriage ride through Savannah, went to the beach, and enjoyed a Mother's Day brunch.
